Leadership Transition Program (LTP): The LTP is the focus of our consulting practice and provides the foundation for all of our ancillary services. It is described in detail on the Home Page and access to additional related materials is also available there.
Leadership Team Fitness Inventory (LTFI): The LTFI is an opportunity for a leader to take the pulse of his/her team and identify stretch opportunities that will enhance team performance in measurable ways. The Inventory consists of two confidential, web-based interviews:
- An Organization Review that identifies policies and practices that are working and not working and elicits recommendations from the team for specific improvements. The review also reveals whether there is clarity and consensus regarding the vision driving the organization.
- A Team Dynamics Inquiry that identifies how well the team is functioning around five key characteristics of high-performing teams:
- Trust
- Commitment
- Conflict Management
- Accountability
- Attention to Detail
Results of the interviews are summarized and form the basis of an agenda for a team meeting facilitated by one of our coaches. The meeting produces a team action plan for the coming year.
Confidential Feedback Program (CFP): The CFP is designed to gather feedback for individual managers facing difficulty in their current assignment and not performing at the necessary level. The CFP interviews superiors, peers, direct reports and customers using a web-based questionnaire. The questionnaire involves 15 questions that focus on performance issues and enables respondents to provide detailed answers. The Summary Report generated by the CFP responses is a powerful complement to typical online 360 degree feedback programs. This is due to its exclusive focus on specific behaviors related to performance improvement and the ability of interviewees to provide detailed responses to each of the 15 questions.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Workshops: The MBTI is a useful tool that often adds useful information to the LTP and the CFP. When managers have a clear grasp of their operating style and its strengths and weaknesses, they are better able to determine developmental strategies to address specific issues. The MBTI is also a useful team-building tool and is used to provide valuable background information for the LTP Retreat that is designed to produce the startup plan for a manager facing a new assignment.
Executive Coaching: All of our services are accompanied by coaching support from our experienced team of coaches. We are frequently asked to provide general coaching support unrelated to any of the programs described above.
