William is an educator, an entrepreneur and a seasoned executive coach. He has been a founding partner in three entrepreneurial ventures, each related to providing career development and transition services to individuals and major corporations in a wide range of industries. In this context, he has been involved in major change management initiatives in the steel, energy and auto industries. He co-authored a series of eight books published by Prentice-Hall on the career transition process.
William is experienced in the coaching of senior executives using competency frameworks and feedback as an integral part of the coaching process. He has been coaching senior executives since 1975. In his coaching work, William emphasizes the importance of developing strengths rather than a focus on weaknesses. He is a skilled and intuitive listener with a great deal of business experience. He seeks to make the coaching experience one where executives find a place to confide, reflect and bring wisdom to their daily work life.
William designed all of the services offered by Leadership Transitions Solutions. During the last decade, he has participated in the development of innovations related to the application of web-based services and technology to the career development and transition process. He helped design a comprehensive talent management system that supports career profiling, development planning, performance management, 360 degree feedback and skills gap analysis.
William is a certified administrator for the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator and the Strategic Leadership Development 360 assessment instruments. William's undergraduate degree is from the University of Dayton. He has a Masters Degree and Ph.D. from the Ohio State University.

Karen McClaskey is a Senior Coach with Leadership Transitions supporting the East Region of the U.S... She is committed to helping individuals, teams and organizations develop leadership capacity, improve business practices, strengthen relationships and enhance performance to achieve bottom-line results. Her approach is to work collaboratively with her clients on specific business goals through executive coaching, performance coaching, team development, group facilitation and customized training.
Karen has more than 30 years of experience in IT Consulting, Service Delivery and Coaching for Fortune 100 Companies. She has managed small and large teams; been through reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions; and worked with start ups and established organizations in public and private sectors. She has been a professional development leader in companies such as Microsoft and Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation (currently known as HP). She has designed and facilitated workshops for small business, non-profit groups, higher education organizations and corporations.
Karen is a Certified Professional Coach, holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Welfare from the Ohio State University and a Project Management Certification from George Washington University.

Melanie Keveles has dedicated her 30 year career as an outplacement and career development consultant and coach enabling individuals and groups to be fully expressed in their work. She worked for 13 years for Mainstream Access and its many iterations as a Human Resources Management company, the first organization created and managed by the Pilder brothers, and is naturally at home collaborating with Dr. Pilder on the Leadership Transition Program.
Melanie has combined her experience as a master level coach (the highest designation of the International Coach Federation) with her communication stints developing content for MSN's first online career center, Alta Vista Career's career center as well as the co-author and author respectively of two books, Fired for Success (Warner Books) and Scrappy Startups (Praeger Press).
A graduate of the Coaches Training Institute's (CTI) coaching and leadership programs, Melanie has been a faculty member for CTI since 2005, training and testing cohorts of international and US based students through advanced curriculum leading to coach certification credentials.
A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach since 1998, Melanie works collaboratively with coaching partners to design, assemble and facilitate workshops for corporate, educational and organizational teams, in addition to her one-to-one coaching with individuals about career satisfaction and effectiveness.
Melanie provides coaching support to the Leadership Transition Program in the Mid-West Region of the United States.

Bill Grubb is an experienced and accomplished sales manager with more than 25 years experience with major corporations.
